This policy explains how the DealRoom website at thedealroomapp.com uses cookies, pixels, tags and similar local-storage technologies, and who the third parties behind them are. It applies to this website only. The DealRoom mobile app does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels; how the app handles data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
DealRoom is a trading name of Aerovest Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 15581204.
1. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work and for security. This includes the local preference key that records your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every visit. These are set regardless of consent, as the law permits.
- Analytics — set only after you consent, and used in aggregate to understand which pages are read and where visitors arrive from.
- Advertising and social measurement — set only after you consent, and used to measure which campaigns produced an enquiry and to reach comparable audiences. We do not run these before consent, and no advertising tag fires until you accept.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use cookies to build profiles of your activity across unrelated websites beyond what the measurement tools listed below do for their own advertising platforms.
2. Third parties we use, or may use
The table below covers the providers we use and those we may enable as our marketing develops. Any tool in the analytics or advertising categories runs only where you have given consent for that category.

These providers act as independent controllers for the data they collect through their own tags, and their own privacy notices apply. Cookie lifetimes vary by provider, typically from the length of your browsing session up to around two years.
3. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie-preference control on this website, which reopens the consent banner, or by clearing this site's local storage in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops analytics and advertising technologies being set on future visits. It does not remove cookies already stored by a third party — use your browser settings or the provider's own opt-out for those.
4. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and local storage, and offer a private browsing mode. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect how the site and the consent banner behave. Your browser's help pages explain the available controls.
